Feeling the Valentine's love

My sweet Tilda stamp.  I used Wild Orchid flowers...my die cuts...stickles for some glitter shine.  Lace and a pretty bow with a pearl on top. I made this card as a reverse easel.  I like the way it stands up.  Be blessed and take time to smile.  Entered into anything goes with a die and sentiment.  http://tamminniesdesigns.blogspot.com/2013/01/feeling-valentines-love.html also over at "love" heart challenge http://thesisterhoodofcrafters.blogspot.com/2013/01/only-from-heart-can-you-touch-sky.html

Birthday "male" card

Here is a bright and cheery male card.  I am starting to find that they are not so hard to do anymore.  Being I have a house of Males...I tend to have to make a lot of them for a "male."
I hope you like my cute Edwin.  I used my doily nestings for the background papers.  Also, I found these lovely flowers in the wedding section at Michaels.  They have all sorts of colors but I like the beige pearl ones.  Used my punch and a sentiment.  The butterfly is 3d and so cute.  Made it sort of simple.  Hope you like.
Have a blessed day!

Take time and enjoy life

I've made another sweet card with another lovely stamp that I acquired at the wonderful scrapbook yard sale.  I used my copics to color her in.  Also did a little stitching.  I wanted it bright and cheery.  Who said this coloring would be so hard to learn. It is...though.
On a personal note.  I have been getting help for a problem I've had for many years.  A bladder sling problem.  It has gotten so bad recently as the pain shoots down my left leg.  Well, after being in the hospital on Friday to get lots of tests down.  They referred me to a specialist..he is one of the best and well he usually has a 4-6 month wait.  Can you imagine living in major pain that length...not me.  I'm over it really.  Well, I called up and was thrilled he accepted my insurance and then more thrilled that she just had a cancelation for February 15...Only 2 and half weeks.  I am so blessed and thank God for the doors that were opened for me.  I put this off for some time now and well they kept on worrying about my Kidney when it was not the problem at all.  I have a small one but hey it still works.  So I am smiling and a happy camper today.  So sharing that bit of information with you.
Have a blessed day my blogging friends.  I am going to practice coloring some more. haha

Newspaper bag

I have been under the weather today.  I may have the "flu."  So I was watching a movie today and got the idea of working with newspaper.  So I made a bag and some rolled flowers out of the newspaper.  I used ink and a pair of fancy scissors to finish it off.
Plus some stamping on the cover and inking.

Baby boy card

A friend of the family is having a baby boy any day now.  I made this using My Minds Eye card.  Printed the image off the computer.  Used my cricut to make the scalloped backing.  Added a flower that I purchased at Michaels along with some ribbon and a leaf.   I used a pearl bead for the exclamation mark.  I think it turned out rather nicely for a baby boy card.  Feeling under the weather.  Hoping and praying that I do not have the "flu". Have a terrific Wednesday everyone.  I've entered this card into "baby" theme over at http://songbirdchallenges.blogspot.com/

Flower card no image

Do you ever just need a card for an occasion?
Well I made this one for times like that.
I left the tag blank as to fill in if I needed a "Thank you, sympathy,Hello" card.  I used my spellbinders added some ink along with some pink pearls.  Tied Ribbon on the card for a finishing touch.
I've been using my cell phone for pictures.  Think I need to go back to my camera as it cuts off part of the card.  I was trying to cheat a bit. lol....It was easier.  haha

My boy card

Here is a bright and fun card that I made using my Greeting Farm "boy" image.
It was fun picking out colors to make it a real boy card.  Which we know is sometimes hard to do.
I showed Colten the card and he loved it. Yipee!    Hope you like the embossing and the layers.  It was fun too come up with.  Love the blue and bright yellow papers from my stash.
Have a wonderful Sunday!  Be blessed always...  Entered in challenge for "embossing" over at

She is a cutie

I have created a multi layered card using a Whimsy stamp.  The papers are from my stash.  I love using my easy-bow tool.  Makes perfect bows every time. I added some "fancy edges" with my MS punch.  Entering this into a challenge over at http://whimsyinspires.blogspot.com/2013/01/challenge-55-fancy-edges-monthly.html.

We are having a rainy Thursday here in Florida.  So~I was able to get this card made from the image I colored last night.  Still learning coloring techniques.  Also, I used a button to top off the flower.

Isn't she sweet?...

Here is my patchwork style card.  I used some flower bling along the corners of the card.  Added some rick rack which went with the theme of sewing patchwork.  Added a charm and flower petal behind it to make it show up better.  She is a cutie to color...love Magnolia stamps.
Hope you are having a wonderful day.  Have a wonderful weekend too!  See you soon.  SMiles...Tammy  I'm entering this card for "new beginnings" over at http://marvelousmagnoliachallenge.blogspot.com/

Happy birthday card...clown

When I was yard sailing and bought a bundle of stamps...she had a bunch of Belle's and Whistles ones.  I was fortunate to grab as they went out of business recently.  They were one of my very favorite stamp collections.  So here I used my clowning around girl.  Added some ribbon and flower.  Hope you like this little cutie.  Entering it into a "ribbon" challenge over at http://pausedreamenjoychallenges.blogspot.com/2013/01/ch-1-use-ribbon.html
smiles...always, Tammy

Happy "hump"day.

So I am learning to color...everyday.  Love my copics!
Here is Tilda sitting on a cloud.
Did a little faux stitching along with adding a few hearts.
The lace looks faint in the picture from my phone.  Also, putting the left over paper underneath takes away from the card itself.  I've entered this card into a challenge "spotty" over at http://totallygorjuss.blogspot.com/2013/01/challenge-166-spotty.html.  My take on spots..
Hope you all have a wonderful Wednesday.  I squeezed in some crafting along with the house work.

My boy Valentine's card

Here is a little card that I made for my Hubby...It was made with Whiff of Joy's "Sailor Oakley".
I am learning to work with my copics more.  You tube and some blogs are helping me learn to shade.  Coloring is so much fun. Added some ribbon and a Kings crown.  My stamp I made to go words downward.   I hope you like my little Valentine card.
Have a wonderful day!  Entered anything with "blue" over at http://littlescrappieces.blogspot.com/2013/01/fun-friday-winter-blues-challenge.html  So excited to have won this challenge. Thank you ladies!

I'm back to making cards

I hope everyone had a wonderful New Year.  Mine has had some little bumps in the road.  My dad was just in the hospital this last week with his heart.  He is home now...resting.  My niece was in the hospital all week last week and I just felt awful for her.  Poor thing is 15 and was really ill.  Now she is home and slowly re cooperating.  So lots of praying has been going on around here.

I went to a wonderful yard sale and purchased a ton of stamps and copics.  So I am just thrilled to start coloring them and coming up with some new cards for Valentine's day and birthday cards.
So hopefully I am getting my mojo back.  Can't wait to see your blogs as well.

For my card I used my new copics, ribbon, charm, stamps, and bling.  My image is Paper Makeup stamps "Moody for Fun".  Just a little hip happening Valentine card. Entered into challenge for "Ribbon" over at http://totallypapercrafts.blogspot.com/2013/01/challenge-149-ribbon.html
